Terms of use
Working draft. Trials with automatic payment, annual renewal, the right of withdrawal and online cancellation are regulated for consumers in France and the EU: this text must be reviewed by a lawyer before the public launch. The French version prevails.
The service
FameFrames edits clips from your songs and footage, then posts them to the accounts you connect, on the dates you choose. No clip is posted without your explicit approval.
Your content
You remain the owner of your songs, footage and clips. You guarantee that you hold the rights to the music and images you upload. FameFrames only uses your files to make and post your own clips.
The platforms
Posts follow the rules of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, which may refuse, remove or limit content. A video posted through the API creates an “original sound” on TikTok and Instagram. FameFrames cannot guarantee a platform's decision.
Plans, trial and cancellation
- The Discovery plan is free, without automatic posting, with watermarked downloads.
- The trial lasts 7 days, with a saved card and nothing charged during the trial. Without cancellation, it converts into a subscription at the end, with a reminder 2 days before.
- Billing is monthly, or yearly at the price of 11 months. A reminder is sent 45 days before each yearly renewal.
- You can cancel in a few clicks from the settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period; after that, upcoming posts are paused and nothing is deleted.
Downloads
During the trial and on the Discovery plan, clips download with a watermark. On a paid plan they download without one, and each download counts as a posted video: the one of the clip's slot if it is scheduled, even if that post is cancelled afterwards, otherwise a video of the day. A clip already counted can be downloaded again without counting anything.
